About Us > Great Works Regional Land Trust

The Great Works Regional Land Trust mission is to conserve natural, historic, agricultural, scenic and recreational resources within the Maine communities of Eliot, the Berwicks, Wells and Ogunquit. This is achieved by holding conservation easements and property on which these resources are present and by promoting the need for conservation through education and related activities.

Since its inception in 1986, the Trust has completed 92 projects conserving just over 4,000 acres.
