Video Contest: Raise $10,000 for a Local Land Trust

What does land mean to you? The Land Trust Alliance — a group that represents more than 1,700 land trusts across the country — is launching a video contest this summer asking participants to capture what land means to them in a short 2-minute long video. Winners can win up to $2,000, and also have the chance to donate $10,000 to their local land trust of choice.

The Mount Agamenticus to the Sea Conservation Initiative (MtA2C) would like to get in on the fun too. If contestants submit a video to the Land Trust Alliance filmed within the MtA2C focus area, they can send their video to MtA2C (lpoppick@mta2c.org) to enter a raffle to win a $200 gift certificate to Kittery Trading Post.

The MtA2C focus area includes land and coastline within the towns of Eliot, Kittery, Ogunquit, South Berwick, Wells and York. MtA2C works directly with Great Works Regional Land Trust, York Land Trust and Kittery Land Trust.

Submissions will be accepted from September 1 – 30, 2017. Check out the Land Trust Alliance description for the contest rules. Good luck!
